Our Story
Restore Skin & Wellness is a mother–daughter, family-run practice founded on passion, purpose, and community. What began in 2016 with Ashley Nicholson in a small downtown Pensacola space has evolved into a trusted, multi-location destination for modern aesthetics and wellness.
In 2018, Ashley brought Restore to Gulf Breeze, where the practice quickly became known for its welcoming atmosphere, advanced treatments, and highly personalized care. In 2025, Ashley and her daughter, Hannah Moseley, expanded the Restore vision by opening two additional locations—Santa Rosa County and downtown Pensacola—making their services more accessible to clients across the Gulf Coast.
With Ashley’s years of expertise and Hannah’s fresh perspective and dedication, Restore Skin & Wellness remains rooted in family values: honesty, compassion, education, and results. Together, they lead a team committed to helping every client look and feel their most confident, natural, and restored.
Ashley Nicholson, APRN
Ashley Nicholson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She earned her nursing degree from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2003 and became a certified FNP in 2006 through the University of South Alabama.
In 2009, Ashley found her passion in the field of aesthetics. She began her journey with laser treatments and quickly expanded her expertise to include cosmetic injectables. She now specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PDO threads, and holds advanced certifications in IPL, BBL, and a wide range of laser technologies and aesthetic modalities.
Ashley combines clinical expertise with a natural artistic eye to deliver subtle, balanced enhancements tailored to each individual. Her approach focuses on achieving natural-looking results through customized treatment plans and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters at their home in Gulf Breeze.
Rebecca Trevino, APRN
Rebecca Trevino is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 16 years of experience in the medical field and more than 9 years as an NP. A proud University of Florida graduate, she brings a deep commitment to patient care and clinical excellence to the aesthetic world.
Her approach to aesthetics centers on enhancing natural beauty, helping patients return to the most confident, youthful version of themselves. Becca is known for her transparency, compassion, and sharp eye for facial balance. She is loved by her patients for truly listening and delivering personalized care.
Missy Hooker, APRN
Michelle “Missy” Hooker is a national board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Master Certified Aesthetic Injector proudly serving clients along the Emerald Coast. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Missy gained several years of clinical experience as a registered nurse in ICU, PCU, and PACU/OR settings. She has received extensive training—and continues to pursue advanced education—in cosmetic injectables, including BOTOX® and dermal filler treatments, laser procedures, and PDO threads.
Working alongside several plastic surgeons throughout the Panhandle, Missy has developed advanced injection techniques and a deep appreciation for the art and science of aesthetics. Her compassionate, patient-centered approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty and helping each patient feel more confident in their own skin.
Bridget Casey, APRN
Bridget Casey, APRN, blends expertise and passion in the field of aesthetic medicine. With a solid foundation in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University and advanced nursing education from the University of South Alabama, Bridget is committed to enhancing natural beauty with cutting-edge techniques.
Her diverse experience in aesthetics, dermatology, and surgery equips her to help individuals feel more confident and radiant. Bridget’s approach centers on providing exceptional care, focusing on rejuvenation and empowerment.
Kristen Baggett, LFS
With over 20 years of experience as a board certified Aesthetician, Kristen specializes in advanced, results-driven treatments including microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, HydraFacials and more.
Kristen’s background in the medical side of skincare allows her to combine clinical knowledge with aesthetic artistry, delivering safe and effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Over the past two decades, she has built a loyal following of dedicated clients who value her expertise and commitment to long-term skin health. As a proud local of more than 20 years, Kristen is passionate about serving her community and helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
Maleena Burgett, LFS
Maleena is a licensed facial specialist. She graduated from Cindy Cassady in June 2023.
Wanting to dive intensively into the medical side of the skin care industry, brought her to us at Restore Skin and Wellness. Dedicated to continuous education and attending workshops to stay at the forefront of the esthetic industry to provide the best care to you.
Maleena believes that everyone should feel confident in their skin and would love to assist you on achieving your skin care goals.
Justin Tran, MA
Justin is a dedicated professional with a multifaceted background in healthcare and aeshetics. As a registered medical assistant and certified body contouring specialist he brings a wealth of expertise in patient care and aesthetic transformations. Justin has experience from Post Surgery, Endoscopy, Plastic Surgery, Physical Therapy, Pediatrics and Pain Management.
Prior to his career in healthcare and aesthetics, Justin served in the United States Marines Corps, where he developed invaluable leadership skills and a commit to excellence. This experience instilled values of discipline, integrity, and teamwork that continues to shape his professional approach today.
Committed to continuous growth and learning, Justin remains at the forefront of healthcare advancements and aesthetic techniques, ensuring he delivers the highest standard of care to his patients.
Morgan Nicholson, LFS
Morgan Nicholson is a dedicated professional in the skincare industry with eight years of experience as an aesthetician. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty, Morgan specializes in medical aesthetics and is a certified permanent makeup and tattoo artist. Additionally, Morgan holds a piercing license, offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients. Known for a meticulous approach and a commitment to the highest standards of care, Morgan strives to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized and effective treatments.
Our Medical Director
Dr. J. Howell Tiller is internationally recognized as a leader in cosmetic surgery for men and women and regularly attends medical conferences as an invited guest to introduce his unique surgical procedures. He pioneered muscle augmentation, specializing in biceps, triceps, pectoral, abdominal, buttock and calf implants.
Dr. Tiller began his career in 1985 as a cosmetic surgeon at the National Naval Medical Center outside of Washington, DC, performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures on active duty and retired members of our nation’s Armed Forces. He also cared for then, President Ronald Reagan, serving as his personal surgeon. Dr. Tiller retired from active duty in 1988 as a Commander in the U.S. Navy and became the Director of the Watergate Cosmetic Surgery.
In 1995, Dr. Tiller opened a cosmetic surgery practice in Miami, Florida and opened South Beach Cosmetic Surgery Center, where he has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures, including body augmentations and face and body lifts. In 2016, Dr. Tiller returned to his home town in Florida and opened Pensacola Cosmetic Surgery in Pensacola. Dr. Tiller is enthusiastic about providing experienced and excellent cosmetic surgery services to the area and community that he calls home.
